"We decided to do an external insulation with Greenland Eco Construction in August 2023 and we highly recommend this company.

After receiving various quotes, Greenland Eco Construction was recommended to us by our neighbours.

Glen arrived at our house and did all measurements.After this we promptly received a detailed quote.

After deciding to go ahead with work we got detailed information of what will have to be done and how long it would take.Glen and Enda stayed in touch with us while work was being done and informed us about what was being worked on each day and for how long.This was a huge plus for a family with young children.

All workers who passed by our house worked efficiently and were pleasant to be around. We can't praise them enough for attention to details and respectful attitude they have shown to us and our neighbours.

We appreciated transparent communication and a minimum disturbance to our routines -taking into consideration that we work from home,have two young children and two elderly dogs- having a team that worked efficiently, caused a minimal disturbance to our family and helped us with filling grant forms was a huge plus for us.

Glen and Enda came across as honest from the very first day,gave us time to think things through,there were no pushy phonecalls after quotes were sent,they promptly replied to any queries we had, worked around schedules of other builders we had hired at the same time to do our bathroom,adviced us on choosing right colours and even changed our old gutters to match the new look of our house.

We think that the contract signed before work started was transparent and having a breakdown of payments was fair -unlike many companies Greenland did not charge us the full amount up front, and did not increase the prices during work. We did not get an approximate quote but the exact quote and what we agreed on was done in line with the contract and within the timeframe we agreeded on.

The house and driveway were left clean after work finished.

Dealing with Enda and Glen was a pleasure. Experiencing such professional attitude to work and honesty is very rare in Dublin these days.

Our house looks beautiful,it is much warmer and our bills reflect it.

We contacted Greenland Eco Construction Ltd to quote for external wall insulation as part of our home retrofit. From the first meeting with Glen we were impressed by the manner in which the process was explained and all questions and queries dealt with. The whole job was carried out in a very efficient and professional manner. The staff did an excellent job and were very painstaking in ensuring it was done right.

We live in an old two storey house. To say it was cold would be an understatement. We were advised external insulation would be the most cost effective way of insulating the house and a friend recommended Enda and his team. When we met Enda for the first time he came across very approachable and we felt comfortable asking him the questions that we thought might be silly ones. He answered them all with confidence and reassured us with pictures and information on previous houses they had completed. he helped us with picking the colours also.

The team that arrived were polite, tidy and a pleasure to have around. The job took a lot less time than I expected and we couldn't be happier with the finish.

In terms of heat wise- We have saved a tank of oil already this winter. I would highly recommend this company and I would give them a 10/10."
